Dalekfan is right, you will find yourself saying thats a nice sketch I will just add one more. I needed a Sarah Lyons sketch to finish of my set and just look what happened.

Yep, you don't see one for ages...then three come along all at once

On the other hand, I just turned down two invitations to have commission sketches done for my Ray Harryhausen collection and by comparison turning down another Dr Who sketch would be a piece of cake. Right now, my only real problem is finding new homes for some of my existing 'surplus' sketches

P.S. I like the two blue Daleks in the last of your sketches

I'm trying to keep track of which Pence sketches have put in an appearance and it's been quite interesting so far. There are currently three up on eBay (two Peter Cushing portraits and a nice Susan portrait), a Dalek listing recently ended unsold, there are two owned by forum members (myself and Craig) and I know that Amyluke46 has three including the Dalek two parter. So still quite a few that have yet to surface but I suspect a couple of dealers have yet to show their hands and I think there are still quite a lot of unopened boxes out there.

Ah, but you have a good excuse. If/when you pull a Pence sketch from one of your remaining boxes you know you will added to Doctor Jas' hit list so you're putting it off for as long as possible

I think that Doctor Jas - lovely guy that he is - would implode if I was to pull a Pence sketch from an unopened box. Best to leave them well alone I think.

You can't be doing that Steve, one of the highlights of the MONTH is you opening a pack or box, whichever you have time for.

At least t'other t'other Jason knows it is not the double Pence sketch, he would have been sending the hit squad.

Nice card, kind of makes you wonder what happened with the ones that he produced for the set though...

As I was running out of idea's of what to ask artists for on my commission cards I hit on something that has not been covered - homage cards. I know Sarah Lyons produced a couple of cards based around the movie poster, but I thought hmmm... what about the Target novels updated with movie images...

Yes I know that one of them is a Big Screen Additions (non Mono) blank, but I wanted them to be seen together and I wanted a card for each set. I love them, a great addition to my expanding collection and probebly the last of my Doctor Who commissions this year. New yearbox - new Hammer artists, damn.

That first one is AMAZING! Could you imagine Doctor Cushing confronting the Frankenstein Monster in a cinema adaption of The Chase!

Great cards Jason, I had thought of doing almost the same thing as the invasion one with a different artist.

I got a couple of my return have arrived. A Potratz & Hai and Orosco. The Orosco colour and details look even better than the scan he sent.

I have another couple of commissions reserved and need some ideas on what to get on them.

Nice cards craig, I love the Orosco commission, very nice.

Thanks for the comments on the cards guys, but all props must go to the artist, Carolyn Edwards, who did an absolutley amazing job in my opinion.

Carolyn Edwards is an excellent artist. She did a stunning Mighty Joe Young sketch for my Ray Harryhausen collection

Another two scans of the same scene by two different artists that I have coming. A blue dalek in the dalek city corridor by Carolyn Edwards and Kyle Babbitt.

I also need a few ideas for a couple more cards I am getting. I have a couple of ideas but would like a few more to choices to pick from.

The Slyther wasn't in the movies, as if you didn't know. Unless you are going all "Unbound" on us Steve. Speaking of such things I think a book cover style sketch for "The Chase" with redesigned Mechanoids Vs Movie Daleks with a Cushing thrown in for good measure would be rather nice. Hmm....

There's plenty of non-movie stuff being sketched on movie sketch cards these days, Jase!

I doubt that the sketch artists could draw a Slyther anyway! (and yes, that is a challenge!)
