I'm looking for a target cover proof for 'Twin Dilemma'; specifically the one of the original unused cover (ie, blue spine/back with the Colin Baker artwork).

I've got the original close up sketch of Colin Baker, as you know Paul. Plus the Mestor/eggs sketch cover and a jacondan from the video cover art, later used as a book cover. Was that original cover used as a cd cover? Never seen a book cover proof of that one

No, the standard cover was used for the BBC audiobooks release.

There was a Target proof on ebay earlier this year which I missed, but it's no longer in the 'sold' listings (older than 60 days I think). If you have a copy of Howe's 'The Target Book' it's on page 91.

EDIT: Found the image cached on google

Paul, thanks for the post.

But I'm more interested in how you managed to get that still into your message.

The old system we had set up no longer works.

Very grateful if you can tell us how you did it :-)

Looks like it does work Chris - all I did was use the 'image' button and stick in the URL of the image.

Paul, my sincere thanks.

That's not the method I used to use, but it works like a dream.

Just have to remember to remove the brackets!

Thanks for the image Paul its the one I was thinking off :)

If I remember rightly didn't that cover get pulled because Colin didn't like his likeness ? Or was there more to it I wonder ?

Colin's agent queried if there was a fee for using his likeness, but it was just a query and not a demand. Wires were crossed, Target took it as a demand and hastily commissioned a last-minute replacement. It's also why 6 never appears on a Target cover.
