I have heard that, apparently, Catherine Tate has been asked to reprise the role of Donna Noble for one of the 2009 specials along with Bernard Cribbins playing Wilfred Mott (cheering applause throughout the country  ).
Also to return for one of the four specials is the Master once again portrayed by John Simm. According to a source;
"It’s great to have John back — he and David Tennant have a real nemesis chemistry."
And, finally, David Tennant is close to signing himself up to play the Doctor in the 2010 series. A source read that;
"David loves filming Doctor Who. The upcoming specials have given him more freedom to work on other projects this year and now he’s ready to come back to film a proper series to go out in 2010.”

the bbc have said this is incorrect but they didnt say anything about Cathrine or Bearnard

If only, that would be so good. I feel we missed out on what would have been a classic Dr with the loss of Paul. |
