has anyone heard anything about a new red supreme dalek, a mate told me something along these lines....

red daleks were spotted in cardiff being filmed.

I heard about this there is also rumors that the daleks are turning humans into daleks again

The Daily Mail on 1.5.08 ran a small article about DJ Chris Moyles visiting the team behind the effects on Who and posting a video on the internet of a new Red Dalek that he witnessed whilst there , he was also apparantley told by a worker that it was to appear in the last episodes of this series.
