Just been confirmed and they look awesome!

How long have some of us waited for this. Exciting!

Its great news. Do you reckon if you waited long enough, every monster would turn up again on the show??

they do look great, have been changed slightly but still look 100% zygon :)

My prayers have been answered.. finally.. Good that David Tennant also appears along side them as they were his favourite monster too.. shame they didnt appear in his series.. Cant wait.. I am super excited!!!!!

I really don't know why it's taken so long but I just hope the wait is worth it. I hope they are not reduced to just a cameo, but I fear that's all it will be. How could you not have the Daleks not being the main protagonist in the 50th special.

I've waited 38 years for my favorite Who monster of all time to return. This has really made my week. I think I'm going to call this episode the 38th Anniversary special. They look superb too. Just goes to show that a perfect design does not require changing.

To be fair, they didn't even feature in the 10th or 30th and only had a lone cameo in the 20th, so it's not like they're breaking with tradition. And if not Daleks or Cybermen, then the Zygons are a worthy comeback for the anniversary. At least in my book
