I take it this means that the next generic Timelord figure will bear a striking resemblance to you! Lol.

the Roman soldier is actually a fan and not just generic, so thats a proper release not just a one off.

to wet the appetite for upcomming classics.. This showed up on the Aussie Distributors website today.. The figures in the box are not correct but perhaps there are 2 sets coming out based on the same story.. Master with column Tardis and shrunken figure and open and closed TCE so a Logopolis set? and the 5th Dr Figure shown incorrectly could also be a Logopolis / Castrovalva set as he is a regen figure but after he has started to strip down..

Just seen the picture of the 'Logopolis' set. To be honest, it's a bit naff, isn't it?

theres quite a bit of a background story to the Logopolis set, it most def was not what was originally intended.

So do you know what will actually be in the set then Col?

There seem to be a lot of theories flying about but not a lot of fact.....

ok so the set has "officially" announced by FP (like our aussie distributor isnt official!!!) and what you see in the box is correct, its whats on the outside of the box that isnt..
I dont understand why it is called a Castrovalva set when it really is a mishmash set.. Yep dr is from Castrovalva, Tardis both Logopolis and Castrovalva but surely the shrunken figure (very odd accessory for the Dr to come with) is a logopolitan..
It is a nice set but just not "A SET" if you know what I mean.. when you compare it to the Fendahl set, everything inside that gelled with one another, this one just shouts "lets just get something in a box to make it look like better value for a rehashed figure and get more money from our customers"

I got annoyed at some sites claiming this was a mistake or that it was just a rumour blah blah blah why when it was on an official distributors site couldnt they just come out and say what you see in the box is correct but the outside isnt correct and be upfront and honest.. it just gets everyone offside with them..

I'll definately be buying a few of these to fill the spaces in my 'Dalek from every story' line up!

Nice to be able to pick them up at a reasonable price. Now I can get a Chase/Power & Revelation variant without having to fork out £35+ a set for just one Dalek!

If anyone is still after any of the Doctor/Dalek sets at all, Toys R Us have reduced the price of some of them to £12.99 on their website.

That is a nice price. One online retailer here in the states got in a bunch of them except the second wave I think (?) it is the one with the second doctor and dalek which I never got.
