What has everyone done with theirs? Is there any point in keeping them? It just seems a shame to dispose of them really, and obviously I can't sell them on the open Market...I have everything off air from Earthshock onwards, and quite a few others going right back to Talons Of Weng-Chiang...

Any thoughts please?

Binned them as soon as each came out on DVD. Got nothing to play them on anyway.

I would keep them stored in the attic or somewhere as they are a piece of social history. Maybe you could transfer them to dvd but I guess that would be expensive.

Might be worth contacting the DVD Restoration Team. A few of the DVD releases have the original idents & announcements as extras. Many people love those, as well as trailers for the shows of the time like 'The Generation Game', so your tapes might have somrthing of interest to them

I only recently chucked my earliest ones - season 25, but they were pretty much unplayable anyway. and I cut them together to fit more on each tape!
