I can find references to The Graske popping up the SJ Adventures, and in a special short Doctor Who episode with DT that was on red button.

But did it, or they, ever actually appear in the main series on BBC1?

I ask as I may have a chance at bidding on one of the last remaining original Graske latex masks.

You can see one in the bar near the end of 'The End of Time' part two and one features in the 'Music of the spheres' sequence in a Doctor Who proms. I think it's on 'The Next Doctor' BluRay & DVD.
