The 4th 12" Dalek coming to us from Character Options this year is Rusty from the latest series of Doctor Who & pretty impressive looking he is too.

UPDATE: It's actually a 3.75" figure, Al Dewar has confirmed the 12" is a mistake.

No idea why the picture for the first set of Dalek's is showing up in this thread so I thought I'd try & post the picture of Rusty from a computer rather than my phone (see if that's the problem).

Hi Kevin,

Are you sure this is a 12" RC Dalek? Looking at the details, it seems to me to be a standard small scale figure. The plunger especially doesn't look like those on the other 12" versions.

I'd say that looks more like a 3.75" version

Yeah, could be, I got the pictures from Alasdair Dewar (Product Developement Director) of Character Options.

Updated now, it is indeed a 3.75" Dalek, the 12" Dalek's are just the comic book one's..., Rusty got bunched in with them & wasn't seperated out as a small Dalek, it is now though. Bit disappointed to be honest, would've liked a forth bigger scale Dalek.

Yes, Rusty would have been a good addition to the 12" range.

Is it too much to hope for some classics in that scale? I know we have the Product Enterprise/Sixteen 12 range but they're pretty much the one mold painted different colours. It'd be awesome to have a Dead Planet Dalek, or Remembrance Imperial to name just two.

I'd love to see the classic Dalek's being made in the 12" scale by Character Options, I keep hoping they'll make some as they have the licence & keep making the Dalek's in the 5" & 3.75" scales so I'd say they must sell well.

The comic book Dalek's being made are giving me hope, maybe they are the stepping stone (bridge) to get people buying the classic ones..., I can hope. lol

What are these "comic book daleks? I'll get Rusty to add to the collection.

If Zygons were green, they'd be gherkins.

I did a separate post for them, I've not got the comics myself but remember seeing them advertised.
