| Ugh, 8 months till it's out on DVD?! Gawd, why is it taking so long to release the final 2 or 3 DVD's? And now they are starting on the Blu-ray range before the current DVD's have finished. Hope they don’t go down the Blu-ray road - it’s taken me nearly 10 years just to collect the DVD’s on sale now! I can see they will be a Special Edition of ‘Dalek Invasion of Earth’ and ‘Earthshock’ as they are the few DVD’s that came out the same time as 'Aztecs'! |

that and a host of SE versions of already released episodes.. gone are the Revisitation box sets, now we get them individually.. I am happy we are getting some with better quality video on them, but would prefer some of the unreleased complete episodes to finally make the release date faster.. I guess this way they can pepper the re-releases with items that may get overlooked once the series has been completed.
I believe that only 1 title has been listed on blu ray so far and they may not do anymore.. I guess it will depend on how well it sells. |

In terms of HD yes. Technically, I suppose anything could be released on Blu-ray in SD in an uncompressed format. |

Just got my copy of this yesterday (I had to wait for it to be signed), so in the space of a few days I've watched this and The Web of Fear.
Conclusion: Douglas Camfield was a genius director. |
